If anyone should be giving advice about dressing up, it’s red carpet pro Taylor Swift.

TheFIX’s Adam Bub caught up with Taylor on her second day in Sydney for a friendly chat that she said afterwards “didn’t feel like an interview”.
We got talking about it being school formal (or prom) season, and the 22-year-old ‘I Knew You Were Trouble’ singer volunteered her own experiences as well as a strict guide as to “what not to wear”. Listen up, teenage Taylor fans!

She also takes a dig at people who think they’re too cool (read: hipsters!), and explains how “uncool” she thinks she is. We’re sure a few people out there would disagree, right?
